About RJ Designs

Rachel Johnson is an award-winning realtor, accomplished designer, and marketing expert with deep roots in the arts community. With a background in ceramics, floral design, and fine arts, she has the innate ability to craft interiors that are both aspirational and inviting. Her keen eye for spatial composition and color theory, combined with years of experience in the arts community allows her to present homes in their best possible light. She understands how to create an emotional connection between buyers and a space, making homes not only beautiful but also highly marketable. She, holds a BA in Philosophy, is the mother of 3 grown children, and claims to be 5’ 2 . . . and a QUARTER! She loves Radnor Lake, animal puns, and any bread or cereal that tastes more like dirt than food.  

Todd Johnson is a world-renowned industrial designer, artist, and master craftsman with a Master of Arts from Yale and work in the permanent collection of the MoMA. A Scholar of Distinction at Cambridge, he brings a rare blend of artistic vision and hands-on expertise to every RJ Designs project.

His background spans new builds, renovations, and custom installations, with advanced skills in carpentry, furniture making, high-end upholstery, and detailed craftsmanship. Equally adept in plumbing, electrical, and general repairs, Todd ensures every space is as solid as it is beautiful. His ability to unify design and construction allows RJ Designs to deliver seamless, full-service transformations.

Outside of work, he enjoys cooking, “collects” Michelin stars from his travels around the world, and was Granbery Elementary’s first—and possibly last—Room Dad in 2013. He has an irrational fear of balloons, and remains deeply suspicious of anyone who claims to “love” running.
